Chief Executive Officer
Steven Carter is the principal owner and founder of SD Carter Enterprises, founded in October 2015. For the past ten years, Steven has worked in the field of special education as a teacher of students with Emotional/Behavioral Disturbance, autism, and intellectual disabilities. His team, together, has over 45 years of experience working with and serving people with disabilities and mental health issues.
